Os Reflexos do Projeto Alfa Tuning América Latina no projeto pedagógico de curso de Engenharia Civil da Universidade Federal de Uberlândia

Abstract

Este trabalho de pesquisa teve como objetivo investigar o reflexo do Projeto Alfa Tuning América Latina no Projeto Pedagógico de Curso e Engenharia Civil, da Universidade Federal de Uberlândia. Esta pesquisa foi motivada pelo interesse em se observar a universidade diante da elaboração de propostas para a educação superior em nível internacional, por meio da análise de documentos que compuseram o Projeto Alfa Tuning América Latina e o Projeto Pedagógico do curso supracitado. O Projeto Alfa Tuning América Latina foi expandido a partir do Projeto Tuning Europa, com o intuito de estabelecer um Espaço Comum de Educação Superior na América Latina, a partir da convergência curricular entre os cursos das universidades participantes. O Brasil contou com a participação de nove Instituições Federais de Ensino Superior (IFES), dentre as quais foi selecionado o Projeto Pedagógico da Universidade Federal de Uberlândia para tal pesquisa, por ter sido elaborado com o propósito de seguir o Projeto Tuning América Latina e estar acessível em sítios da internet. A investigação desenvolvida neste trabalho observou os documentos selecionados, a fim de identificar a aproximação entre a proposta internacional e o curso de graduação elegido nos eixos competências e sistema de créditos. A metodologia utilizada nesta pesquisa seguiu a análise documental e bibliográfica. Notou-se aproximação entre o Projeto Alfa Tuning América Latina e o Projeto Pedagógico selecionado em relação às competências, enquanto o sistema de créditos no referido Projeto não seguiu os domínios do projeto internacional.

This research work aimed to investigate the reflection of the Alfa Tuning Latin America Project in the Pedagogical Project of Course and Civil Engineering, of the Federal University of Uberlândia.. This research was motivated by the interested in observing the university in the face of proposal writing to higher education at the international level, by means of analysing documents which composed the Alfa Tuning Latin America Project and the aforementioned Course Pedagogical Project. The Alfa Tuning Latin America Project was expanded from the Tuning Europe Project with the aim of establishing a Common Area of Higher Education in Latin America from the curricular convergence between the courses of the participating universities. Nine Brazilian Federal Higher Education Institutions participated in the Alfa Tuning Latin America Project, among which, the Course Pedagogical Project for Civil Engineering at the Federal University in Uberlândia was selected for being elaborated with the purpose of following the Alfa Tuning Latin America Project and being easily available on the Internet. The investigation developed into this work observed the selected documents in order to identify the rapprochement between the international proposal and the undergraduate course elected in the competences and credits system axis. The methodology used in this research followed the documentary analysis and bibliography. It was noticed a proximity between the Alfa Tuning Latin America Project and the Course Pedagogical Project with regard to the competences, whereas the credit system of the course pedagogical project did not follow the domains of the international project.
