| dc.description.abstract | This Course Conclusion Paper aims to investigate the issue of Intellectual Property
Rights in Brazil, conceptualizing them and weaving their evolutionary history in the
global and national context, in order to focus on negotiations undertaken in the field
of traditional Copyright Law. and recent ones, raising the reflection on the possibility
of transacting authorial works through the Stock Exchange, using the Initial Public
Offering operation. In order to answer the question raised, the work was structured
from three central chapters, following the monographic procedures as a sociological
method. Regarding the textual construction, the study was elaborated from the
bibliographical and documental analysis of references on the subject. Adopting the
scientific methods of induction and deduction, having a legal-theoretical aspect, the
research was developed through hypothetical-deductive reasoning, undertaking an
exploratory legal investigation, together with historical-legal and legal-prospective

| dc.description.resumo | O presente Trabalho de Conclusão de Curso se propõe a investigar a questão dos
Direitos de Propriedade Intelectual no Brasil, conceituando-os e trançando seu
histórico evolutivo no contexto global e nacional, a fim de lançar foco às negociações
empreendidas no campo do Direito Autoral, tradicionais e recentes, levantando a
reflexão sobre a possibilidade de transacionar obras autorais através da Bolsa de
Valores, valendo-se da operação de Oferta Pública Inicial. A fim de responder a
dúvida suscitada, houve a estruturação do trabalho a partir de três capítulos centrais,
seguindo os procedimentos monográficos na qualidade de método sociológico. No
tocante à construção textual, o estudo foi elaborado a partir da análise bibliográfica e
documental de referências sobre o tema. Adotando os métodos científicos de
indução e dedução, tendo vertente jurídico-teórica, a pesquisa foi desenvolvida por
meio do raciocínio hipotético-dedutivo, empreendendo uma investigação jurídico
exploratória, em conjunto com análises histórico-jurídica e jurídico-prospectiva. | pt_BR |
